There’s really nothing better than a writing group. I’m not sure how I’d survive as a writer without my group buddies. When I’m working on a draft, it’s amazingly helpful to know I have a writing group meeting coming up where I’ll have the opportunity to share my work with talented and knowledgeable writers. Nothing keeps me accountable like an upcoming meeting. Even if I don’t have much to share, seeing what friends are working on and hearing their encouragement to keep going is awesome.
